How the read works

From study received to signed report delivered

One practice running one workflow, so every study carries its own history and nothing falls between systems.

01Received

Studies arrive from your PACS or the portal with modality, body part, urgency and clinical history. Files land in private, access-controlled storage.

02Drafted

Before a radiologist opens the case, a structured draft is prepared from the order and history — clearly labelled as unsigned.

03Read and signed

A credentialed radiologist reviews, corrects and signs in your report format. Nothing is delivered unsigned.

04Delivered and called

The report reaches the ordering clinician automatically. Critical findings are phoned through and the call is logged.

05Followed up

Recommended follow-ups are tracked to completion, and every state change stays timestamped and attributable.

Access control

Row-level rules scope every study, report and file to the facility or reader entitled to it.

Auditability

State changes, authorship and report versions are recorded and retrievable.

Human sign-off

AI output is assistive only. No report is delivered without a radiologist signature.
