Who we are
Tizora operates a marketplace connecting brands with professional creators. This page is maintained by Tizora and explains how we handle personal data.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, country, currency), business profile data (brand name, website, creator storefront, channels, audience figures), deal content (briefs, messages, deliverable links, attachments, campaign results), payout details you submit, and basic usage data such as storefront views and referring source.
Why we use it
To run your account, show storefronts, match brands and creators, move deals through escrow, notify you about activity, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.
AI matching
When a brand runs Juti matching, the brief and the public details of published storefronts are sent to our AI provider to produce a ranked shortlist. Private messages, payout details and wallet data are never sent for matching.
Who sees what
Published storefront details are public. Deal briefs, messages and attachments are visible only to the two parties on the deal and, where a dispute is raised, to Tizora staff reviewing it. We never sell personal data.
Processors
We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database and file storage, authentication, AI matching and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only.
Retention
We keep account and deal records for as long as your account is open and afterwards where we need them for tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Uploaded files are removed when the related record is deleted.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@tizora.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Access to data is controlled per account at the database level, files sit in private storage behind expiring links, and staff access is limited to what is needed to run the platform. No system is perfectly secure; report anything you find to security@tizora.com.
