1. What Tizora is
Tizora is a marketplace where brands book sponsorship slots from professional creators. Tizora is not a party to the agreement between a brand and a creator; we provide the storefronts, messaging, escrow workflow and records that make the deal work.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your credentials safe and be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. One person or company per account. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
3. Creators
You control what you list, your prices and which offers you accept. Deliver what you agreed, on time, and disclose sponsored content as your local law and platform rules require. Do not buy engagement or misrepresent your audience.
4. Brands
Briefs must be lawful and complete. Once a creator accepts, you fund the deal into escrow. You may not ask a creator to hide a paid partnership or to publish anything illegal, deceptive or discriminatory.
5. Escrow and payment
Funds are held until the work is delivered and approved. If a brand does not review a submitted deliverable within the review window shown on the deal, it is approved automatically and funds are released to the creator.
6. Fees
Tizora charges creators 5% on deals they bring themselves and 15% on deals sourced through Tizora, plus a 2% transaction fee paid by the brand. Fees are shown on every deal before you commit. There are no subscriptions.
7. Off-platform dealing
Keep bookings and payments on Tizora. Taking a deal introduced on Tizora off-platform to avoid fees removes your protection and may end your account.
8. Disputes and refunds
Either party can raise a dispute on a funded deal. Tizora reviews the brief, messages and deliverable and may release funds, refund the brand, or split the amount. Our decision on escrow release is final for the purposes of the platform.
9. Content and IP
Creators keep ownership of their work unless a deal says otherwise; brands get the usage rights described in the brief. You grant Tizora a limited licence to display your storefront, logo and campaign material for operating and promoting the platform.
10. Prohibited use
No fraud, spam, scraping, harassment, malware, illegal goods, adult content aimed at minors, or attempts to bypass our security or fees.
11. Liability
Tizora is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned on the deal in question.
12. Termination
You can close your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Funds already in escrow are settled under section 8 before closure.
